In the event that a person, company or company makes claims or claims against the producer that are inconsistent with a warranty, guarantee or agreement entered into or made by Composer, dialling the producer and its assignees will be unscathed and will object to any costs, damages, expenses, legal fees, commitments, transactions and judgments that result. c) The producer can, at its sole discretion, make modifications, adaptations, dramatizations, translations, treatments and arrangements of the score (and safeguard all copyrights and copyright extensions in such versions throughout the territory), including, but not limited to, replacing a new title or title of the score and adding English and/or foreign texts to the Scores music or adding music to the texts of the score. They renounce all the so-called “moral” rights of the authors, which can be recognized now or later by habit, use or law. (iii) All cue schedules recorded on a music sheet. (b) you are not subject to any obligation or impediment that could prevent or disturb you from full compliance and compliance with all agreements, alliances and conditions to be respected or complied with to that effect; 6. Non-dramatic performance license. Notwithstanding the contrary provisions in Figure “A” where a television channel, television channel or other agency authorized for the broadcast of production (“television unit”) does not, at any time, have a non-dramatic performance licence from ASCAP, BMI or any other applicable performance rights company covering the non-dramatic performance of the score, or if a television unit requests it or if the manufacturer so wishes in all cases (regardless of the ownership of the television unit through the corresponding licenses), the producer or its music publishing designer automatically has the exclusive right to grant each of these television units non-dramatic performance rights on and on the score for production use.
