Once the working group has presented its final findings to the NUMCC, the mandate of the working group will be considered complete and any further discussion on this subject will be referred to the NUMCC. The reimbursement of annual dues from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV/EEA) and one of its provincial territorial agencies applies to workers considered AU and who provide business equity assessment services, as required by the employer, including the ability to testify in court as experts in business valuation. The working group will continue to provide the employer and the Union with regular updates to facilitate discussions within the National Union Consultation Committee (NUMCC). The issue will be an ongoing issue at future scheduled NUMCC meetings until the working group has presented its final findings to the NUMCC. As soon as TBS and PIPSC agree on interim language and programming, this agreement will be submitted to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the PIPSC-AFS bargaining table for ratification and inclusion in their collective agreement. 6.2.1 The rating agency establishes internal voluntary exit programmes for all workforce adjustment situations in which the workforce is reduced and involves five or more workers, who work in the same group and at the same level within the same work unit and in which the delegated authority cannot guarantee an adequate job offer.
